Types of Network Licenses:

Node = machine
Machine license: every user on the machine can use Synkronizer. The license is checked against the constant/non-changing properties of the machine.

Node = user
User licenses are for virtual environments (e.g. Citrix), where the machine's properties will be random. The license is checked against the constant/non-changing properties of the user.

Total billing amount

EUR 5'197.50

The billing amount is perpetual (not subscription based).
The following services are included in the amount: support, maintenance, bug-fixes and minor upgrades. Major upgrades are available for a discount of 50% of the retail price.

Download of Products

All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. Defective products will be replaced with same working product.
